Why I built this

I built the read I wish I'd had.

I'm a product design manager. While I was looking for my next challenge, I read hundreds of postings that all said the same polished nothing, and I couldn't tell the real opportunities from the traps until I was three interviews deep. This was the read I kept wishing I had, so I built it: the honest take a senior friend in the industry gives you over coffee.
